For those of you in New York, more specifically the Hudson Valley area, the spring issue of Edible Hudson Valley just came out! It’s funny—I usually receive the issues i work on in the mail a little while after they’ve been released, living in Illinois and all, but I found out this issue was released because Edible New Jersey emailed me about it. Kind of fun how that worked out :) I have had such a great time working with Edibles.
